I reordered everything yesterday afternoon on the order I placed yesterday morning to save £80. But YMMV. It's £80 for 5 minutes work to print out the returns form, take the returns label off the invoice, and pop it on the parcel so it can be shipped back. £960 an hour is OK rates in my book.
