The green fluoro tape looks good.
It works (for me) because the silver of the stem gives my eyes a break, before they get to the frame: the bars are visually separate from the frame.
I'd go for neutral, silver or black cages: the frame will have more impact if it doesn't have noisy accessories hanging off of it.
PS It's very nice either way.
