hope pro evo trials hubs are good for single speed, or like mine a single speed conversion kit on the freehub body ( mounted on an older hope pro 2 hub )
onza single speed conversion kits are good with many spacers you can get the chainline perfect -

if you buy a 2nd hand hub and the bearings are a little ropey, i can replace all 5 for you in next to no time, have all the bits and bobs for the job here

For your info hope did a prototype singlespeed hub called the fixie . It made it to the rourke guy martin demo bike then they dropped the idea .
