It's a bit tricky as the hook for the rubber band is directly under the body of the light.
If you have sufficient space on your bars, you can twist the light body to be parallel to the bars which makes it nice and easy to hook the band into the hook. But if something is close to the side of the light, you can't do this and it becomes a fiddle.
