  • No tracking at all.. just unfortunate i think. Oh well i have a week to loose a bit more then will just have to watch what i eat for 6 weeks

  • You could have swapped fat for muscle too :)

    With no tape measure with the scale or calorie tracking it's a massive guessing game.

    Also I - think - you are a lady member? Us ladies get way more water weight fluctuations in general...
