Yeah, I just played a random Skellige merchant and it popped up, thought I had more to go really, signed up for the beta a little while ago but not heard anything of it.

for some reason I didn't know that you won cards from all gwent players so generally I've just not bothered playing the ones that weren't highlighted yellow. woe is me. I have however completed all the gwent quests apart from Collect Em All.
