Short answer: no. At least I wouldn't.
€729.00 is a fair chunk of change, and you can get considerably 'more bike' for that kind of money when you buy something used, for example off this forum. These pre-build fashion fixies are basically not a very good deal.
I get why they look appealing, but I think they're not worth the price. Admittedly I don't have experience with this bike, but all the parts seem rebranded, low quality no-name parts. I think your money is best spent elsewhere.
