You may want to have a chat with Tim Warin who did a great (and thankless) job of having to deal with a similar non payment of fees for an event when he was LHBPA Chair. I think they were discussing the small claims court etc but obviously depends how far you would want to push it

The other guy I played with, Tim, used to work for the marketing company for Bulldog Gin. He's pursuing it and CC'ing me. Hopefully it pulls through so we can throw a LPC gin tonic party!!
