yep, followed all the videos online, and it always shifts perfectly on the stand, but is then v slow - often 2 whole cycles of the cranks needed with finger on the shifter for the chain to jump when pedalling v softly
I something loose or flexing? I guess you've checked that the chainrings aren't moving side-to-side while riding?
