Nope. I've managed to make it go to six by backing the adjuster screws right off, but then it hits the buffers and won't shift further. The real problem seems to be that when it thinks it's in the correct position for the smallest cog on the cassette, it's actually about halfway through the cassette.

Could a bent derailleur hanger cause it plough into the cassette - Does it index through 11 steps if taken off the bike?
