Also, I think North London polo is currently on a one day a weak vibe.

I see that point, but I don't think it's realistic for some of us.
I don't identify as a tribal player, and agree it is definitely something about London polo that is 'broken' or could be better, but also am realistic: A lot of people don't switch scenes because it's not logistically possible for them to commute that far on a weekday evening. I'm not sure there's anything you can to to address that.
But we can address souths numbers dipping and being erratic (unreliable) which means some people have abandoned playing/setting that time aside for polo.
(This is something I'm going through myself, and is putting me off attending: I can't justify protecting days from the rest of my social life for polo, because when polo doesn't happen on those days I resent setting aside the time. This happens purely because the south community seems hellbent on never having a routine when it comes to Sunday/Monday).
This is also something to consider with trying to get new players into the sport: It's easier for us to have set days people can try and make time for in their calendar, if it's on some weeks not on some others because of numbers, that becomes an admin headache.

The likelihood of a 2nd North day is pretty slim... So it's a South matter if we want to move it.
If would like to think that beginners will start again soon and that will be either Wednesday or Tuesday.

The way I see it is that Wednesday (now maybe Thursday) is the main South London polo day. Monday is just a bonus, sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't.
However I have spent quite a lot of nights at NE polo when they only manage to get 6 because a few southies turn up. Not always, but often enough.
Anyway, long story short, Beagle and myself would be more likely to make it to Souths polo on a Monday than a Tuesday.

It was agreed on in the last LHBPA meeting that Beginners' would happen on a Monday.
I think it is better like that because we are more likely to get people out helping with that if there aren't 4 other polo sessions happening in the week.
If beginners becomes more regular than once a month we can possibly reconsider when we play then.

That'll work seeing we sometimes don't make 6 for Monday.
Also, Monday was conceive as an intermediate night to help beginners make the step up so yeah, good to see it go back to its roots!

Hi all. Thanks for trying to switch around your days to coordinate with NE. I can confirm that we are trying to move to Wednesdays and that normally be the only weeknight throw-in session. That will be from 6-8.
Hopefully this is short term. I'm meeting one of the Council guys next week to discuss it, and so far they seem to be on our side. We're hoping to get the lights moved back to 9pm so we can move back to Tues and Thurs.

@coventry_eagle Thanks man (LEGEND)! I can't make it until Wednesday evening this week. Would that be cool?
What Beagle pointed out is if SOLO polo happens on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the Northies have Wednesday that would be three straight days for people wanting to play both.
Maybe not many people do that at the moment (Beagle, Miles, Dauma, Laura and myself...), but I think we should be making it easier for more people to do that rather than fewer.
I am not a fan of the segregated polo tribes and think it would be better for the club as a whole for there to be more south players going north and vice versa.
London Bike Polo > Monday night polo imho #beaglewinky
