Not really, I don't know why, but for some reason the idea of carbon bars/stem make me more nervous than Chinese carbon wheels/seatpost...

That's odd, considering a seatpost fail could end you ;)

True! Just feels like once a seatpost is fitted and seems to be working, it's less liable to get bashed into things, suffer if you crash and so forth, as bars are.

Carbon bars don't seem to offer much advantage over significantly cheaper alu bars, but potentially introduce some risks.
