It's easy to get involved if you join a club which actually runs TTs, in fact in our club it's a disciplinary offence not to get involved :)
Yes, that's a fair point. But to find out which local things are on, it can be difficult. An interactive map with course locations on would a be a good way to spend money.
Then maybe a directory of clubs that promote club events.
