I recently discovered these guys too, as they have a stall in Walthamstow on Sundays- they do these great fried vegetable patties for £2 too

Has anyone else heard of the Global Fusion creole bakery? I came across them at a market in Oxford in November and in spite of my best efforts to track them in London (where they claim to be based) the search has so far been fruitless. They were insanely good value and the cakes were delicious. £4 for a large banana and chocolate loaf... need I say more? Any pointers would be hugely appreciated.
