I had one app (Endomondo), that suddenly had difficulties with staying connected to my Garmin HRM-3 band.

Yeah my HR strap was working and is now very flakey. Location and Bluetooth enabled (you need Location after Android 6) but this is connecting and then disconnecting at random times. Very odd. Did you get anywhere solving the issue?

The IPbike app hasn't complained - and I use it for 99% of my pulse related activities - it does everything you want from ant+.
