I've got a 1L Platypus bladder if you want to borrow one to get an idea?

Thanks, but I've got two x 2l bladders which I would potentially use (which I've fitted with extra long hoses using the tubing from eBay!). So I'll try one, or both, of those.

I've done a little bit of work now. I will go home early, but need to stay a little bit longer because I got my Wiggle order to be delivered to the office.

Oh yeah, you said. I've got ultra race chats going on all over the place..

I'm multitasking. I've already been to one meeting and answered one email so I figure that's enough for a Friday. I mean, don't they understand I have races to plan and train for?! :)
