It's all integrated no? Just get a low stack bearing cover for the top. Maybe a supersix one?

Should just be able to replace the top cap part.

If you were picking up the bars from SBC you should have come and grabbed the stem! I live pretty much across the road from SBC! And was actually in there twice over the weekend, could have left the stem there!

A little bit of an update on this build.

New frame arrives today from Sigma with hopefully correctly aligned paint

Replacement Aksium CL disc wheelset arrived yesterday along with this nice pair of Challenge elite tyres.

Still need to get hydraulic hose and the post mount hydraulic caliper. Otherwise I'm pretty much set.

160mm rear rotor with a flatmount caliper ? Where did you find the adapter ?

I have a single one brand new (warranty replacement) if you want

Im thinking of getting some replacement forks with bigger clearences so I can use my CAAD12 disc as a gravel racer. Do you think I could get a 32/35c tyre in the rear. Or has anyone tried?

I cleared riv jack brown(33s) in the front, but not in the rear. So probs not?

These are 28c...

Finally finished this build after needing to wait for the wee proprietary cable stop for the rear derailleur housing.

Here is a quick photo I took today on my commute. Plenty of steerer left so I can play with stem height.
