Carbon? You can buy hacksaw blades with a certain teeth per inch which are fine for carbon. I did my steerer with a normal hacksaw and it's been perfect. Don't breathe in the dust!

awesome. I am a scientist, so I have lots of PPE at my disposal :)
Last bit is cables. I'm going full on fancy pants with compressionless.

What do people use to cut down seatposts....can I just lop a part off?
