Have the same stem bar combo problem with a M600 I'm building up with a shortish steerer.
Waiting for the headset to come in so I can build it up again for testing with a 50mm riserbar I found.
Backup option in my case will be shorter stem and massive rise motox or low rise bmx bars. Also looking into an other fork with a longer steerer.
