9 speed! You really have gone full-Scoble.

I was gonna go 105 but apart from 2 cogs there is literally no diff. And its £150 cheaper which I can use to get a custom stem with cable stop.

Are the cables routed under the hoods on this as well now?

Nice, shame it isn't 10sp yet. Seem's like there are no current road groupsets compatible with 10sp non-dyn-sys shimano.

4700 Tiagra is still 10 speed

I guess you'll just be on the biggest sprocket when lugging 15kg of outdated design up a mountain anyway.

But different cable pull I believe. Same as 11 speed.

Oh yes, seems I misunderstood what you were asking. I believe it's also not the same cable pull as dyna-sys either, so we're still stuck.
