That's what I was going to suggest and is inspiration for my Rourke build. Need to work out the mount - thinking of 3d printing something (I know nothing about 3d printing)

has anyone ever mounted a supernova e3 tail light 2 on seatstays? Probably with the cable coming out the frame along with the gear cable.
