The head is slightly larger so it sits flush in the cap instead of slightly countersunk
If only there was a standard for countersunk screw heads :)
I've gone through three variations in the countersink size on the cap to get the current fit optimised with the Accu Torx screws, it's now 0.3mm below the top of the cap because being proud by any amount is a fail in my book.

@turkish I replaced my bolt with a Ti allen bolt for few gram saving show off weight weenie build. Bought from pro bolts, I think it was this one : https://www.pro-bolt.com/titanium-countersunk-bolt-m6-x-1-00mm-x-30mm-4.html
