I'm 5 8" - I ride a 54. 52 also works for me (reach is about 1cm shorter, lots of seat post for extra pro-ness).
56 is probably too big.
I echo the sentiment here in that it's possible that the CAAD you linked to is done for.
There's a CAAD9 and a CAAD7 frame on here for sells at the moment at pretty darn good prices.

Hi all,
I'm keen as a project to buy a CAAD5 and build it up with Campagnolo parts. But, before I go ahead, I'd just like some help first on determining what size frameset to get, as I'm 5"9/177cm tall.

I've seen the above on eBay, which is a 56cm, and the selling assures me it's the right size for me, but I'm not sure as my current bike is a 52cm Croix de Fer, though I'm probably better suited to a 54cm in this model.
Also, on the above bike, is the price/condition about standard?
