If anyone has Witcher 3 for ps4 that they're bored with. I could do a trade?

Witcher 3 combat is greatly improved if you get the hang of decoctions and the like. essentially boils down to controlling your toxicity (or using skills that boost if your toxicity is high).

Shit! I loved that thing! I got a silver one somewhere...

Great, now I have to find out what toxicity and decoctions are. At least I know I don't have to play gwent - they make it seem important.

Or maybe should just buy a Nintendo and play Zelda instead...

actually until you find the recipes for all the potions it's probably not worth the bother.

upgrade the fighting stuff and hack slash your way through, then buy the reset skill points thing later in the game and re skill into a potion'y build then.

near the end game though it's much more fun drinking 3 potions of varying effect and basically murderising everything in sight with brutal efficiency.

It was only on the last DLC i even tried any of it but would love to play through the new game + mode and use it properly if i had 300 hours to spare.

Oddly I've started replaying too and this is my tactic rn. Only l12 but have visited as many places of power as I could remember and have high combat skills and am looking forward to that happy day of potioning.

Good plan Sumo. Yes started it but god distracted by Star wars battlefield and bloodborne

Is battlefield any good?

It quite fun flying around or chasing thins in hover scooters and shooting with star wars weapons and vader

I'm going to have to start learning about using signs, alchemy, oils, skill trees, crafting, gwent

Dunno what difficulty you are on but for me without signs it's pretty much die-a-minute. I put most of my skill points in to aggressive signs and fast attack. The axi sign is worth doing too because mind control.

Oils, bombs and deconcoctions are worth doing because once you've made them once they get re-supplied automatically.

Alchemy and crafting isn't so important but does come in handy if you want to make the rare armor and swords.

Star Wars Force Unleashed was free on xbox gold the other week and is amazing!
