If I wanted to get a frame pump peg brazed onto my Volare, it is possible to get this done in London a. cheaply b.without fucking up the paint too much and c.without stripping the bike down?

It's black right? shouldn't be diffcuilt with a small dab of black paint carefully applied.

It'll probably wreck the paint around where you braze it. Doubt you'd need to stripe the frame down. Where would you want the peg? You can use a piece of velcro to hold a pump under the top tube if you need, or you can use these.
