Have you turned yours around yet? I found that worked for me as a free fix.
Just to clarify by turn around I mean at the moment they sit like this

you unscrew and switch them so they sit like this:

The bike is slightly less stable, but I would be surprised if it was any less stable than the fancier aftermarket versions like the easywheels.
