Specialized Langster Beater/ pub bike

Bought this a few months back as a cheap hack .
Leaving London so now it has to go

I think it is from around 2010.

• Frame size : seat tube 54cm ctt/ 49cm ctc .. sloping top tube so it feels bigger
  -Wheels/hubs are ok but if I was going to use it long term I would probably look at replacing them.
  
• Pedals/straps - definitely beater quality but functional
  
• Cranks/BB/Chain - sugino cranks are in good used condition, bb feels fine, new 1/8 chain 2 months ago
  
• Weird mudguard thing - Is mildly successful , (tacked it on late on night when it was raining heavy at work )
