Got that Cimbali done - it all funcioned well so a nice easy in-situ descale and service and replaced the element. Deleted all the over complicated gadgets, fitted a manual steam valve in place of the solenoid activated item for unrestricted flow, tuned it up, dialled it in and the coffee it's producing is beautiful.
Plus I signed the lease for my shop today.
