  • Talk of fasted turbos a few pages back. Am I doing it wrong if I get out of bed, do my trainerroad workout then have breakfast? It's only sweet spot base just now so an hour at medium intensity. I don't feel overly hungry or tired later or anything... The only reason I'm not eating is because I assume it wouldn't get to my legs in the 15 mins between eyes open and pedals turning.

    Once I get to vo2 max intervals I suppose I should do them in the evening. Make sense?

  • This morning when I woke up I did 5x5 at 108% then 1x20 at 90%. I didnt eat breakfast. Had I eaten breakfast I would have just sicked it back up.
    Just drink a carb drink during the workout. And maybe have a snack before bed.

    If you can do it and you feel fine, keep doing it. Why change if it isn't broke.
