Repeat offender in plead for mercy. What a joke.
Also, yet again nearly got T-Boned today by a car coming from my right from a side road, continuing to look right as they pull across lanes and into my side. Had to accelerate to avoid getting hit. They weren't even paying attention to my middle finger as I waved it.
