Frame arrived and am slowly getting the parts together.
Annoyingly as I didn't research before I won on ebay, the flatmount spyres I got cannot be used on the post mount fork. So I'll be having one caliper for sale/trade.
The paint on the frameset seems to have been applied off centre so the strip down the top of the downtube is at an angle, I'll see what sigma sport say today.
Currently waiting on the the post for:

Cannondale c2 handlebars
cannondale c2 seatpost
Need to still get:
Wheelset - on the fence to go for something cheap and chearful for now or get some DT 350s with carbon rims from 23mm
TRP spyre post mount for fork
Road pro cable set
Compressionless brake housing long enough for run to rear caliper. Thinking ripcord mtb.
Anyone know where you can get just the outer?
