Well... managed to get in touch... and the phone cut off immediately :)
But after that they called me back and it was fine.
The bike is going in on Monday for a full deluxe service thing, brake bleed and all that stuff, and the Rohloff to be oil-changed and for the whole thing to come back as close to new as possible.
Getting hold of them was frustrating, but once we chatted it was cool... they're friendly and know what they're on about.
