Recently DPD were meant to deliver new coffee scales to us we stipulated what day - to ensure it was after we got back from holiday.
3 times they claimed to have attempted delivery and sent us emails to say this. After a great deal of complaining to the vendor (we had been in each time) they sent us photos of where deliveries had been attempted. They had been going to the wrong house (with an entirely different name) 3/4 of a mile away.
