I'm going to keep it totally standard. I did start thinking about a front disc conversion, telescopic dampers, anti-tramp bars and a Stage 2 Oselli engine on a Weber 45 (I even bought a Weber manifold for an A-series) but I've decided against it. New wood, plenty of new metal, and a new interior but all completely standard.
What are your plans for it? My dad bought one for my mum last year that had all new wood relatively recently but needed a floor. The plan was to fix it, slot a 1275 in it and then use it from spring to summer for my mums short commute. However, a spanner was thrown in the works when he found a lovely white one that was mint which he ended up buying just before Christmas. He may still put the 1275 in that but essentially its on the button and almost too nice to start messing around with.
