hijacking this to say that Palais de Tokyo has a great show on at the moment exploring the relationship between man and machine.
food wise Café St Regis on Ile St Louis (the smaller of the two islands in the Seine is a great traditional French Bistro that has been brought somewhat up to date in that it's lovely inside and has friendly service.

Hey ! I would happily have a beer with you on monday as I move to Germany on tuesday for a few months. I'll keep the gt for now but you can have the yellow ratty track frame !
I would definitely go to Rodin's museum especially on a sunny day and if you fancy Claude Monet I would go to Musée de l'Orangerie.
If you are around la Bastille I would have a look at Alain Ducasse's factory (rue de la Roquette), go to la Place des Vosges, hunt for art galleries in Le Marais and get some wafles from Meert (rue Elzévir).
If the weather is nice, you can walk/ cycle on the Voie Georges Pompidou which is now car free.In termes of places to eat I mostly use lespetitestables.com as I can't spend much. If you end up needing to eat around Les Champs Elysées I would book a table at PDG.
At last, for bike stuff you have to go to La Bicyclette (rue Crozatier closed on Monday and Wenesday), they have a shop and a workshop with lovely things. Among that you are pretty sure to meet members of the parisian fixed community.
Shoot me a pm if you have any question !
Edit: I second @funky_d on both Palais de Tokyo and the Ile Saint Louis. If you go to Palais de Tokyo, have a look at La Fée Electricité in Musée d'Art Moderne which is next to Palais de Tokyo.
I'll offer you the first beer if you ever come to Paris
