To be honest, I don't know what all the fuss is about. I don't find them tricky at all - on or off - they're so stretchy, as long as you follow the instructions re: velotoze on before shoe method they go on relatively easy. I think the trickiest thing is not damaging them in the process, I'll admit they take more time than neoprene ones, but I can deal with that. Maybe I should just be more careful and try and get some more mileage out of them. I'll see how the current ones go and assess the situation I guess.

I got so sick of taking Velotoze off (and putting them on) that I was glad to cut them off at the end of last winter.
