• Hi can anyone help me identify this frame it is 22” seat tube centre to top and top tube centre to centre, close clearance those are 700 x 25c, very light and step angles so it was a road or time trial racing frame. Unusually seat binder bolt, diamond braze on bottle cage mounts and brake bridge. It takes a 27.2mm seat pin and it came from Lincolnshire. The frame number is 8728 in one direction and then 1C in the other

    I had it at the Manchester Jumble a couple of years ago and Hilary did not know want it was.

    I can't find any models with that type of fastback seatstay seatpost lug though....
