Having problems setting up a 70s/80s braze on Super Record front mech, Gipiemme chain set, down tube shifters, six speed block on the back.
The back end of the mech cage is rubbing on the crank arms, so have adjusted the limit screw to stop the cage moving that far out - however now the chain rubs on the inside of the cage in the big ring / little sprocket combo. Ideas ? Have tried to rotate the front mech on the braze-on mount so the back of the cage clears the crank arm, but being braze-on it self centres to some extent
