Buy a frame off eBay or on here and swap the parts yourself. Won't take long to do

Well, at least it sounds like that frame wasn't from them. Just have noticed some fairly high prices for worn-out stuff being offered that seems a tiny bit sharp of them. I've no first-hand experience so I'd better wind my neck in a bit.
