For Sale: Dave Yates Campag Athena / Zonda Build

For sale is my 2002 Dave Yates Reynolds 631 road bike with compact geometry. Frame size is small and would suit riders around 5'4'' to 5'7''.

Seat tube 46cm CTC
Top tube 52cm CTC

Was fully restored by Dave Yates last year, however, has a couple of scratches to paintwork on the chain stay, one tiny paint chip to top tube. Frame has eyelets for mudguards, pump peg and bosses for rear bagman rack. Currently running a 1'' carbon fork up front, original and restored steel fork included in sale.

Complete 11 speed Campag Athena Groupset (compact), Zonda Wheelset, Campag record titanium seatpost, Fizik Arione Saddle, titanium bottle cages, 3TTT Handlebars & Stem (40cm & 80cm), Schwalbe durano S tyres.

This is a beautiful little bike, a perfect lightweight Audax although you could probably race it too and has done less than 1500 miles since being built up by retro_di_corsa. Reluctantly selling as injury and illness has kept me away from riding as much as usual in the last year, and now I need something more versatile (and limited for space) as living on a boat (so looking for a Singular Peregrine or Surly Cross Check / Straggler!).

It's always hard pricing builds like this especially when (sadly) emotionally attached but without wanting to embarrass myself I'm unlikely to consider any offers less than circa £1300.
