I use OSMC and it does work well, but it suffers from the same issue as all the other versions of Kodi - it's not viewed as 'trusted' by Netflix/Amazon etc and so they'll never release anything for it. They assume we're all trying to rip them off.
End result: I torrent stuff to watch on my Pi and use Netflix when I'm on my phone. It's stupid.Because of this I expect you won't find an Eurosport add-in, but at least the Vero can run Android (which is apparently trustworthy, but just as hack-able as linux) so you can get the native android apps.
