I can't find any that show what I mean.
Basically, the end of the velcro that, when pulled tight, is flared out, that needs to be stuck down where it is at its flattest. This means the velcro strap would be loose but what you do is take up the slack in the middle of the top tube, so there's a kind of slack loop of velcro pulled up but it's in the middle of the top tube away from your legs and the end of the velcro is flush with the side.
It means you don't have to cut the velcro.
