Can't tell if real or virtual power but 18 mins at 447W + 140BPM sounds a bit Froome-y
Of the accounts three followers one was Tim Kerrison and another Ian Boswell

I seem to recall reading somewhere that Froome's max hr was something like 160bpm. And I think there's a little lightning bolt icon if it's wattage from a power meter...
