  • It's a 56? Damn I wish mine was.
If you're ever selling, let me know and maybe we can come to some arrangement whereby I sell my 58 at the same time and buy your 56

  • Bought it as a 56 but haven't measured actually...

  • It'll be stamped in the BB

  • I can't work out how he's done it.

I looked for a comedy sketch where a man shoots a bicycle but all I found was video stills from armed muggings. Great.

  • Lack of comments suggests the dent is either fine or deadly. Glass half full/empty. Lbs didn't have a long enough sleeve nut or a 34.9 band on adapter. Gutted.

  • Oh if only I'd known. Where the fuck do I get one (in the UK)?

  • does this look legit ? can't see any other cannondales with triple triangle style rear end

  • It will always need to be longer than you think, they're crazy long! I ended up swapping the bolt on the brake itself out and using a mega length nut!

Maybe You, @phildas and myself should have a system six group ride

  • I have a 32mm one from the LBS that fits an ultegra calliper, but the force one is shorter. It may be an eBay from shenzen situation.

Hit me up if you're ever up in Yorkshire!

  • I think the band on adapter was a bit of a quest too iirc. @spotter and @Dammit are resident experts I believe

edit: just seen @spotter has replied. should have refreshed the thread

  • Test ride with my latest purchase

  • Ya i had the same problem with force, I used a bolt from a Tektro r559 I think, the one designed for non recessed brake holes. Swapped it over no problems.

  • Can't see pictures :/

    Edit - now I can.

    I doubt it's legit.

They have made BMX - but the logo on that one is modern, and they haven't made them for years.

Welds on the headtube look OK but the rest...not so much.

  • Ah ha, swapped the bolt on the caliper itself, you mean? I have plenty of spare calipers lying around, I might be able to source one.

  • yup! it was the only thing I could think of at the time, and I didn't want to wait for months for an extra long bolt to come.

  • It bloody worked! Cheers man, saved me a tenner there.

  • So it seems the headset on my recently acquired M600 has seen better times. I would like to keep the Pepperoni fork because of sikfadez.

But the bastard has an 1 1/4 steerer, anyone have a (preferably black) 1 1/4 headset going spare?

  • Head straight over to eBay.

  • Already did, choices are slim.
Did not count on spending new KING dollars. :(

  • Just wait...they will come.

Maybe. Or reducer cups and any fork you like.

  • Or sell me it...

  • Nah, will just take the hit on a king and settle for V's instead of hs33's.

  • can you not just replace the bearings in the current set up?
