Wolftooth are offset so they give a better chainline. As @Dogs says it doesn't matter that much with modern groupsets.

I can vouch for Absolute Black that they are indeed offset too

Thanks. Absolute black looks like a good option.

Anyone know if the spiders on the Sram 1x cranksets are different to the spiders on their 2x cranksets?
