Could use a Rotor 3D24... tbh I'm in the dark with BB standards and crank compatibility. Never had to change my Cannondale's so haven't really looked in to it.

SRAM Red or Rotor then?

I had fouling issues with Rotor cranks and a SRAM eTap front mech on a standard BSA shell bike. There's a compatibility document somewhere on SRAM's website which details how much clearance you'll need.
