I eat my word, while BB86 is designed for mostly 24mm spindle, it look like you should be able to run a 30mm spindle with this kit;

The cannondale spindle isn't long enough to fit a BB86, since a cannondale spindle is 78mm (and asymmetric) and a BB86 shell (like it's name suggests) 86mm..

I always thought these frames were noice but BB86 WTF LOL
