  • I wasn't argueing if vegitarians or vegans are wrong or right. I am just saying that wool production perhaps isn't worse for animals than other types fabric production. Chemicals and enormous water waste in production of synthetic materials is likely to impact wild life as much as wool production affects sheep.
    Also cutting sheep is a necessity. Look at this little fella:

    I think there is a lot of worse products out there than a Tørm jersey. I have a T8 and it is great for cycling.

  • No doubt - I agree. I guess a vegan argument would be that those animals shouldn't be bred to provide us with wool. They've been selectively bred to produce lots of it, which is cruel.
    Veganism isn't necessarily logical. Feelings and beliefs outweigh logical arguments in some cases (as they should, or else the world would be fuuuccckkked).
