The LTDA spent a lot of time and money to stir up `anti' opinion, this was formalised through the BRAG group and they submitted a 6000 signature petition which has obviously swayed some heads.
Why on Earth we need a full, expensive public inquiry is beyond me, it's just some fucking cycle tracks on back streets for half a mile...

They say that the scheme should go ahead, but because an enquiry is inevitable they recommend starting it at once so it doesn't hold things up.
