  • Indeed. I used to do the commute 5 times a week. Negotiated my boss to 2 days, which is far more palatable.

    I will say there is some good cycling to be had on the east coast though!

  • Yeah-I'm surprised how many people can be bothered with the faff and expense of commuting back and forth on ScotFail.

    Some nice rolling roads along the coast to be sure but compared to North of Glasgow? Being able to get 1500m climbing on a fairly quick ride doesn't seem possible on the East coast so it's got nothing on a Tak/Crow double and ripping round the Carron Valley in my book!

    I have to admit I've not explored much north of the bridge yet-I imagine that Fife's got a few more lumps to offer.
